Highlights from ICTCOMM Vietnam 2025





ICTCOMM Vietnam 2025 took place from June 12 to 14 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City. As one of the largest ICT trade shows in Vietnam, the event brought together technology providers, manufacturers, and digital solution providers from across Asia and beyond. It served as a key platform for showcasing new innovations and connecting businesses in the fast-growing Southeast Asian ICT market.


Exhibition Scale and Key Attractions

This year’s exhibition covered approximately 8,000 square meters, featuring over 500 exhibitors from countries including Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Germany, China, and Taiwan. The event highlighted various sectors such as telecommunications, broadcasting, IoT, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and smart city solutions.
More than 15,000 trade visitors attended the event, including representatives from government agencies, telecom operators, system integrators, startups, and component distributors. ICTCOMM continued to prove its value as a strategic gateway for global brands entering the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets.





New Product Launches and Tech Demonstrations

The exhibition featured a number of product unveilings and technical showcases:
● SupremeTech introduced its self-developed OTTclouds platform, offering integrated solutions for streaming, content management, and real-time analytics, aimed at the growing Southeast Asian video market.
● Equipment manufacturers from Korea and Taiwan presented advanced 5G base station hardware and energy-efficient edge computing modules.
● Robotics and AI firms showcased autonomous delivery robots and service automation systems designed for healthcare, hospitality, and logistics sectors.
● Interactive zones featuring AR and VR technologies allowed visitors to experience extended reality applications in retail, tourism, and industrial training.


Market Trends and Technology Insights

Vietnam continues to accelerate its national digitalization roadmap. The ICT industry is forecasted to grow at an annual rate of 8.5% over the next three years. Strategic focus areas include artificial intelligence, 5G infrastructure, green data centers, and industrial IoT.
Key market developments include:
● Vietnam’s AI sector is projected to reach €2.6 billion by 2025, with a CAGR exceeding 55%.
● 5G rollout initiatives are gaining traction, with major cities expected to achieve widespread coverage by 2026.
● Global tech firms such as Qualcomm are strengthening their footprint in Vietnam, recently launching an AI R&D center in Hanoi to drive advancements in XR, connected vehicles, and smart devices.


Forums and Business Networking

The event hosted multiple industry forums and panel discussions. One of the highlights was a forum on digital transformation and cybersecurity in logistics, organized by the Vietnam Internet Association. The session attracted nearly 500 participants and featured insights from both public and private sector leaders.
Additionally, more than 450 B2B meetings were arranged during the show to facilitate cross-border partnerships, supplier matchmaking, and distribution agreements, supporting both local expansion and global trade.
